Email and Calendar Support
Information Technology provides comprehensive assistance to faculty, staff, and students who experience issues with their email or calendar services. Whether you are unable to send or receive emails, need access to a shared mailbox or calendar, or require changes such as a name update or distribution list adjustment, IT is here to help.
IT staff will work with you to identify the cause of the problem, provide troubleshooting on campus-owned devices. Microsoft Exchange Online powers our email system, and some limitations are defined by Microsoft policy.
Examples of supported requests include:

Accessing or creating a shared mailbox

Troubleshooting distribution lists and membership

Resolving issues with missing emails or mail delivery failures

Troubleshooting Outlook performance and functionality issues

Addressing calendar access problems (shared calendars, scheduling issues, etc.)

Assisting with name changes and account updates

Providing access to another user’s mailbox when appropriate

Investigating and resolving other mailbox-related issues
User Responsibilities:
Users are expected to provide accurate details about their issue, including contact information, error messages (if any), and a clear description of the problem. By submitting a request, you agree to allow IT staff to access your campus-owned device and, if necessary, your personal device to resolve the issue.
Information Technology Responsibilities:
IT staff will troubleshoot and resolve the reported issue, communicate status updates, and ensure resolution to the extent possible within system limitations.
