Manage another school or staff member's mailbox (Email)

Overview

Manage a school email mailbox or a staff member email mailbox that has recently left the district.  You must first put in a ticket in to the TDX Client Portal for an administrator to give you permissions to the mailbox.  Once access is granted you will have two options to access the mailbox (Email).

Instructions:

Option 1

  • How to access the mailbox:

  • If you use the Outlook client (After one hour - Restart Outlook) you should see the account show up on the left side of your email under your email folders.

Option 2

  • If you use web mail:

    • Click on the icon in the top right of the screen
    • select ‘Open another mailbox…’
    • Enter the    email address
