- Diagnosing and repairing batteries, hard drives, keyboards, mice, and memory/RAM issues
- Troubleshooting monitor/display, network/NIC card, and network printer problems
- Repairing optical drives, scanners, and speakers
- Submitting warranty claims to replace hardware components when necessary
