How we use Recover Deleted or Missing Files

- Recovering data from network drives, cloud storage, or local devices, depending on where it was stored
- Restoring a recent version of a file through nightly backups, within CCS's data retention policy

What we can help with
User Responsibilities:
- Provide the full folder or file path (example: Q:\Documents\filename.docx)
- Note the date the file or folder went missing
- Indicate the source, such as Google Drive, File Share, OneDrive, or SharePoint
- Report the missing or deleted file as soon as possible
IT Responsibilities:
- Reviewing available recovery options across network drives, cloud storage, or local devices
- Restoring files from nightly backups, within CCS's data retention policy
