CCS Account

Service Overview

The CCS Account is the district’s identity and access account used to sign in to computers, applications, and online services across Columbus City Schools.

This account is managed through Active Directory (CCS Directory Service) and provides a single, secure login for both on-site and remote access to district systems.

Your CCS Account is required for daily work and serves as the foundation for accessing email, devices, and instructional or administrative applications.

What the CCS Account Is Used For

  • Signing in to CCS computers and devices
  • Accessing email (Outlook / Microsoft 365)
  • Authenticating to instructional and administrative applications
  • Accessing shared files, network resources, and internal systems
  • Providing single sign-on (SSO) to district-approved applications
