OpenGov

Service Description

OpenGov is a financial reporting service that integrates with the district’s Munis financial system to support budget analysis and financial transparency. The service is hosted within the district’s data center and provides Treasurer's Department with access to reporting data sourced from Munis.

Roles and Responsibilities

IT Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain district hosting services for the OpenGov server.
• Ensure server and platform availability for the hosted OpenGov environment.
• Monitor the server and installed applications 24x7 for availability using SolarWinds.
• Ensure OpenGov resources hosted by the district are backed up and recoverable using Rubrik.

Out of Scope

• IT does not support or manage the OpenGov ETL Agent.
• IT does not support application‑level configuration or financial reporting within OpenGov.
