Service Overview
Clever is a digital learning platform that has been used to provide student and staff access to instructional applications through a single login. While Clever may still be required for specific applications, the district is transitioning away from Clever, and ClassLink is the district’s primary and preferred platform for application access.
Important Notice
⚠️ ClassLink is replacing Clever as the district’s main application launch and access platform.
- New applications should not be added to Clever.
- Most access and launch requests should now be submitted under the ClassLink service.
- Clever support is limited to existing, approved use cases only.
What IT Can Help With (Clever)
IT provides limited support for Clever‑related issues, including:

Access to Clever
- Users unable to sign in to Clever when required for an approved application

Missing Applications
- Applications that no longer appear in Clever but are still required for instruction

i‑Ready Access Issues
- i‑Ready launch or access problems when accessed through Clever

Login Issues
- Errors or failures when logging into Clever
- Redirect or sign‑in loop issues related to Clever authentication
What IT Does NOT Support
- Adding new applications to Clever
- Expanding Clever use for new programs or schools
- Replacing ClassLink functionality with Clever
All new application access requests should be submitted using the New Application Service.
