  • Confirming any necessary remote end addresses needed for connection.
  • Providing an account to be used for connecting to the remote end (for web conferencing).

IT Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests as soon as possible.
  • Review technical feasibility, room availability, and policy support.
  • Ensure proper operation of equipment.
