Service Description

Printing is a process of reproducing text, images, or designs onto paper. It serves as a means of communication and dissemination of information through the production of physical copies.  

Standard Features

IT can help with the following:

  • Open a ticket for:
    • Rollers
    • Paper Jams
    • PMU support
  • Open a Print Request:
    • Scan to Email
    • Printer Setup

Optional Features

3rd Party Vendor can help with the following:

  • Toner Cartridge Installation
  • Fusers (On some newer printer models)
  • Transfer Belts
  • Call 614-365-6190

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities:

  • User is responsible for providing details related to the issue including their contact information and full description of the problem.
  • User is responsible for providing an error message if one exists.
  • User is responsible to contact Donnellon McCarthy for vendor 3rd party support responsibilities.

IT Responsibilities:

  • IT is responsible for providing day to day troubleshooting
  • IT is responsible for fixing rollers and paper Jams
  • IT is responsible for Printer setup and copier configurations.

3rd Party Vendor Responsibilities:

  • 3rd Party is responsible for Toner
  • Fusers replacement
  • Transfer Belts.
