Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
- User is responsible for providing details related to the issue including their contact information and full description of the problem.
- User is responsible for providing an error message if one exists.
- User is responsible to contact Donnellon McCarthy for vendor 3rd party support responsibilities.
IT Responsibilities:
- IT is responsible for providing day to day troubleshooting
- IT is responsible for fixing rollers and paper Jams
- IT is responsible for Printer setup and copier configurations.
3rd Party Vendor Responsibilities:
- 3rd Party is responsible for Toner
- Fusers replacement
- Transfer Belts.
