Roles and Responsibilities
Requester Responsibilities:
- SharePoint cloud storage migration requests.
- Provide Staff name and email addresses.
- Provide location of on-premises files to migrate to SharePoint or OneDrive.
- For troubleshooting purposes, provide any synchronization errors.
IT Responsibilities:
- IT will assist with the setting up of the SharePoint site and permissions.
- IT will assist with training on how to use OneDrive or SharePoint.
- IT will assist with any synchronization errors.
- IT will assist with file recovery.

Service Audience
All users have access to OneDrive.
All staff can request access to a SharePoint or have a site created for your team or project.
Service Level Agreement
Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 5:00PM).
