Service Description
Cloud storage is used to store directories and files on a 3rd party storage provider. CCS users have access to migrate school or department directories and files from drive mappings or google docs. CCS recommends using the following cloud storage providers for team collaboration:

IT provides the following assistance:
- Everyone already has access to Google Drive and OneDrive
- Request access to cloud storage.
Roles and Responsibilities
Requester Responsibilities:
- Provide list of users, school name, or department name for SharePoint cloud storage requests.
- Provide errors for troubleshooting synchronization setting with cloud.
IT Responsibilities:
- IT will assist with the setting up of the SharePoint site and permissions.
- IT will assist with training on how to use OneDrive or SharePoint.
- IT will assist with any synchronization errors.

Service Audience
All users have access to OneDrive and Google Drive.
All staff can request access to a SharePoint or have a site created for your team.
Service Level Agreement
Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 5:00PM).
