The Login Assistance service provides support for students, teachers, or staff who are unable to sign in to CCS systems due to errors, account issues, or access problems.
Use this service when you receive a login error message, cannot access an application, or are unsure why your account is not working.
This service focuses on resolving authentication issues across district systems so you can quickly regain access to your work.
When to Use This Service
- You see an error message when signing in
- You are unable to log in to a system or application
- Your account appears to be locked, blocked, or not working
- You are unsure if the issue is related to password, access, or permissions
Systems Supported
This service provides login assistance for systems such as:
- CCS computers and wireless network
- Email (Outlook / Microsoft 365)
- CCS Portal (Parallels RAS / Virtual Desktop)
- ClassLink and SSO applications
- Kronos and Munis ESS
