Self-service password reset (SSPR) gives you the ability to change or reset your password, with no administrator or a call into the service desk.
You are automatically enrolled in SSPR when you have MFA setup. On the right side of this article, you will find an attachment. Click the link in the attachment area to learn more about this feature.
