Open Outlook

  • Launch the Outlook desktop app from the start menu or go to Outlook Web.

Sign in: Use your work or school account if prompted.

Navigate to More Apps

  • In the navigation bar, look for the More Apps Icon.

Select “Groups”

  • From the expanded list, right click on Groups.

Pin the Groups App

  • Select "Pin" to keep it easily accessible in your navigation bar.
