Step-by-step instructions

Open Outlook

Open the Outlook desktop application or go to Outlook Web.

Sign In

Sign in using your school or work email account if prompted.

Open the “More Apps” Menu

Locate the More Apps icon in the Outlook navigation bar.

Locate “Groups”

Find Groups in the list of available apps.

Right-click on Groups and select Pin to add it to your navigation bar.
