The Partial Day Attendance Request is used for students who will attend school less than a traditional day. Prior to submitting the request, the following should be completed:
Request will not be completed without one of the following:
- Half-Day Attendance Request Form is completed, signed and uploaded to the students' Documents tab under document upload type ATT: Attendance.
- Section 7 of the IEP uploaded to the students’ Documents tab in infinite campus.
