Before you start your request
- Confirm you're connecting to the correct network for your device/user type: CCS-Private (CCS-managed devices), CCS-Personal (personally owned devices), or CCS-Guest (guests/vendors)
- Describe the issue clearly (e.g. site down, access point offline, new device set up)
