  • Getting help when a Wi-Fi connection isn't working properly
  • Staying informed and supported during site-wide wireless outages

Before you start your request

  • Confirm you're connecting to the correct network for your device/user type: CCS-Private (CCS-managed devices), CCS-Personal (personally owned devices), or CCS-Guest (guests/vendors)
  • Describe the issue clearly (e.g. site down, access point offline, new device set up)
