Cybersecurity Incident is for reporting a potential security breach or cyber attack.

If you believe your account has been compromised, reset your password immediately using Self Service Password Reset, then submit a ticket to report the incident.

How we use Cybersecurity Incident

  • Reporting suspected security breaches or cyber attacks
  • Reporting phishing and other suspicious emails

Before you start your request

For phishing or a suspicious email, use the Report Phishing button in Outlook (Office 365 or desktop) to report it directly -- avoid clicking any links or opening attachments first
  • For a suspected breach or cyber attack, include the date/time you noticed it and which system, account, or device is affected
  • Include a description of what happened and any error messages, unusual activity, or actions already taken

What we can help with

User Responsibilities:

  • Report suspected security breaches, cyber attacks, phishing, or other suspicious emails as soon as they're noticed
  • Avoid clicking links or opening attachments in a suspicious email before reporting it
  • Provide the date/time noticed, affected system/account/device, and a description of what happened

Cyber Security Responsibilities:

  • Investigating reported security breaches, cyber attacks, and phishing emails
  • Containing and resolving confirmed cybersecurity incidents
  • Communicating status and next steps as needed
