How we use Cybersecurity Incident
- Reporting suspected security breaches or cyber attacks
- Reporting phishing and other suspicious emails
Before you start your request

For phishing or a suspicious email, use the Report Phishing button in Outlook (Office 365 or desktop) to report it directly -- avoid clicking any links or opening attachments first |
- For a suspected breach or cyber attack, include the date/time you noticed it and which system, account, or device is affected
- Include a description of what happened and any error messages, unusual activity, or actions already taken
What we can help with
User Responsibilities:
- Report suspected security breaches, cyber attacks, phishing, or other suspicious emails as soon as they're noticed
- Avoid clicking links or opening attachments in a suspicious email before reporting it
- Provide the date/time noticed, affected system/account/device, and a description of what happened
Cyber Security Responsibilities:
- Investigating reported security breaches, cyber attacks, and phishing emails
- Containing and resolving confirmed cybersecurity incidents
- Communicating status and next steps as needed
