ClassLink

ClassLink is your digital desktop -- a single web page where students and staff can access all their EdTech applications with just one click.

How we use ClassLink

  • Launching approved instructional and district applications from one place
  • Supporting Chromebook and student login integrations
  • Adding new district-approved applications to the ClassLink LaunchPad
  • Allowing teachers to reset student passwords at custom student password locations -- see Staff Reset Students Passwords For All Students At School

Before you start your request

If you're having a password-related login issue with the LaunchPad itself, contact the IT Service Desk at 614-365-8425 -- this cannot be resolved through a ticket

What we can help with

User Responsibilities:

  • Confirm an application is already approved and in use district-wide before requesting it be added to ClassLink -- this is not a path to request brand-new or unapproved software
  • Report if an application you should have access to isn't showing up in your LaunchPad
  • Report login problems or apps that fail to launch

Learning Technology Responsibilities:

  • Adding existing, district-approved applications to the ClassLink LaunchPad
  • Investigating and restoring access when an approved application is missing from a user's LaunchPad
  • Troubleshooting ClassLink login problems and apps that fail to launch
  • Supporting Chromebook and student login integrations
