Accessing the CCS Portal

Summary: This article explains how to access the CCS Portal and launch the virtual desktop from any location.

For staff

Overview

The CCS Portal provides access to applications and a virtual desktop from both inside and outside the district network.

Follow the steps below to sign in and launch your virtual desktop.

Before you start

  • You must be a member of the required access group
  • Access must be approved through the CCS Portal Request
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) must be configured
If you receive a “Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in” message, you may not have access yet. See the CCS Portal Access Error article.
