Overview:
The purpose of this article is to show how to install a printer on your computer.
Prerequisites (if applicable):
You must have the Map Printer (PMU) utility installed. It is located on your Windows workstation desktop.
Steps
- Step1 - Locate the Map Printers (PMU) icon on your windows workstation desktop and double click it.

Note: The print manager tool will list all available printers in your building automatically. Printers are named based on room number and if needed by model.
- Step 2 - Select the printer you want to install

Outcome:
You may now select to print from the available printers in your application.
