Overview

You can reset your CCS password from any device using the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) website.

This is the best option when working from home or on a personal device.

Before you start

  • You must have at least one MFA method registered
  • You must know your CCS email address

Step-by-step instructions

1

Go to the password reset website

Password Reset Page

2
Enter your CCS email address
Enter Email
3
Complete the CAPTCHA verification

4
Select your verification method (text, email, or app)

5
Enter the verification code you receive

6
Create a new password that meets CCS requirements:
  • At least 8 characters
  • Includes uppercase, lowercase, and numbers

Important Notes (Offsite Devices)

  • If you reset your password offsite, your CCS computer may not immediately recognize it
  • This is normal and happens because your device has not synced with the CCS network

How to Fix

  • Connect to CCS-Private Wi-Fi or VPN
  • Lock your computer (Ctrl + Alt + Delete)
  • Sign in again with your new password
Best Practice: Reset your password while connected to the CCS network whenever possible.
