Refresh the page
- Click Refresh the application
- Or press Ctrl + F5

Open in a private/incognito window
This creates a clean browser session.
- Chrome / Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Then go to Outlook Web

Try a different web browser
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
- Firefox

Restart your device
- Restart your computer or Chromebook
- Open a browser and try again
