Please click on either of those boxes to bring up the page where you can enter your location for the system to use.

If you haven’t seen either of those previous boxes pop up, that’s OK.  In the lower right area of your Windows computer taskbar, you should see an upward pointing arrow that looks like this:

Click on that arrow and look for the My E911 icon that looks like this:

Right click on that icon, then click Open (or Register).  It should open an everbridge redsky web page, greeting you by name and welcoming you to MyE911.  On that page you should see an area that states “Let’s find you…”  Click in the area immediately below that, where it asks you to start entering in an address or name of location.

Begin to type either the street address or district name of the building in which you are currently located at this moment.  (Example:  If at this moment you are located at Avalon Elementary, you may begin to type 5220 Avalon Avenue or Avalon Elementary.  As you are typing in your location, it should prompt you with the correct location.)

There may be multiple icons presented for the same address.  You may choose any selection that is offered for your location.  Once you select your location, you should see a green box with a check mark in a circle above it stating that your location has been successfully updated.  You may now close that page.

If you take your computer to another district location and connect to the CCS network, the red My E911 program should appear above your taskbar and state that it cannot find you.  Please click on that pop-up box and follow the steps to enter the building name / location where you are presently located.  Once you have selected that location and you have seen that your location has been successfully updated, you may close the page.
