Adding Comments to Tickets

Adding Comments

To view your open tickets, go to My Tickets, located on the lower navigation panel on the homepage, and click See my open tickets.

 

Under Ticket Requests, your open tickets will be listed in a grid. Click on the title of the ticket to open it. 

 

When your ticket opens, it will look like this: 

To add a comment, click on the Comment button at the bottom right of your ticket. 

Below is what will appear when you click the Comment button:



This is where you can type the message you would like to leave as a comment, as well as choose who you would like to be notified of your comment. 

Once you're done, click Save to post your comment to the feed. 

Note: Comments automatically notify the Requestor (which is likely you, but could be someone else).

 

Liking & Replying to Comments

The feed is where you can see comments and updates on your ticket. 

You can like comments by clicking Like

The comment you liked will appear like this on your feed:



You can unlike the comment by clicking Unlike.

 

Replying to Comments

You can reply directly to a comment by clicking Comment under the specific comment to which you would like to reply. 

Click Save to publish your comment. 

Your reply will appear in the feed under that specific comment like this:
