MFA Microsoft Authenticator Setup

How to set up the Microsoft authenticator application for MFA. 

1. Sign into ccsoffice.org from your computer > Click next.

2. On your phone:  Download the Microsoft authenticator application.
   Note: Clicking the Download Now will display scannable QR codes to prompt the download.

On your computer: Click Next.
 

3. On your phone: Open up the Microsoft Authenticator application > Click Add work or School Account > Click Scan QR code.

Note:  Enable notifications if prompted and camera access.  Face-ID setup is optional if prompted.

On your computer:  Click Next.

Existing Users can click the plus icon in the upper right-hand corner
to add another account.

4. On your Phone:  Scan the QR code on your screen from the Microsoft Authenticator application.

On your Computer:  Click Next

5. On your Phone: Type the confirmation number on the screen into the Microsoft Authenticator application. 

Note: You may get prompted to choose between three numbers instead.
On your Computer:  Click next after the code has been confirmed.
 

6. Click done to proceed with login.

Note: Some users may get prompted to setup phone verification at this stage.
