What You Need Before You Start
Step 1: Sign In on Your Computer
- Go to: π https://login.microsoftonline.com
- Sign in with your CCS email and password
- Click Next when prompted to begin MFA setup

Step 2: Install Microsoft Authenticator (on your phone)
- On your phone, download the Microsoft Authenticator app
- Open the app after installing
π Tip: You may see a QR code to help download the app
Step 3: Add Your CCS Account to the App
- Open Microsoft Authenticator
- Tap + (Add Account)
- Select Work or School Account
- Tap Scan QR Code
π Allow:
- Camera access
- Notifications
π Face ID / biometrics are optional

Step 4: Link Your Account
- On your computer, click Next to display a QR code

- On your computer: Click Next.

- On your phone, scan the QR code using the Authenticator app


Step 5: Confirm the Setup
- A number will appear on your computer screen
- Enter or match the number in the Authenticator app
π Some users may see a number matching prompt instead of typing
- Click Next on your computer after confirming

Note: You may get prompted to choose between three numbers instead.
Step 6: Finish Setup
- Click Done to complete setup
- Continue signing in
π Some users may be prompted to set up additional verification options
