How to add an attachment to a ticket after you submitted it
If you'd like to learn more about adding attachments to tickets during submission, go to our Knowledge Base Article "Open a ticket."
To view your open tickets, go to My Tickets, located on the lower navigation panel on the homepage, and click See my open tickets.
Under Ticket Requests, your open tickets will be listed in a grid. Click on the title of the ticket to open it.
When your ticket opens, it will look like this:
Click on Add Attachment. A window will open like the one below. Follow the instructions to find the file you would like to attach.
Once you have selected your file and clicked Upload, the file will appear in the Attachments section.
From there, you can choose to view or delete your attachment(s).
