For staff
Overview
SharePoint is the district’s platform for storing, organizing, and sharing files with teams, departments, and school staff.
If you are familiar with Google Drive Shared Drives, SharePoint works in a similar way. It provides a shared space where groups of people can access the same files and collaborate.
SharePoint is used for team and department file storage, while OneDrive is used for personal files.

If a file belongs to a team, department, or school—not an individual—it should be stored in SharePoint. |
