How to Trigger a Company Portal Policy Sync

Some policies are pushed out through the company portal application.  This process is normally automatic however when experiencing IT issues this can be a helpful troubleshooting step.

CCS Windows Devices

How To

1. Open the Company Portal Application

Note: You may be asked to login and identify a the device type on first login.

2. Click Settings > Sync

3. Wait for sync successful message 

4. Restart your computer.

Note:  Some policy changes will only take effect after an computer restart.
