Issue

The ClassLink Launchpad mobile app is prompting me for an "Approval Required" when I try to login.

Environment

ClassLink Launchpad mobile app on all mobile devices such as iPad, iPhone, or any Android.

Resolution

When using the iPad Classlink app, Do Not use the QR code, Google, and MS buttons at the bottom.

1. Click the arrow in the upper left corner.

2. Find our district sign on page and type "Global - Columbus City SD" or you can search for Columbus City and click enter.

3. Type your username with or w/out @columbus.k12.oh.us and password. 
(Use the same username and password are the same as logging into your district computer.)
